Due to iPhone's iCloud photo cloud storage function, every photo and video you take is automatically saved in iCloud, and photos that are not frequently opened are deleted from the local device, leaving only preview files and retaining only cloud files.
If you are uploading photos/videos from your own album and find that Moor cannot upload photos, and the text notification "This media is stored on iCloud" pops up, please first open your iPhone album, click on the photo/video, and wait for the photo/video to change from blurry to clear, ensuring that it has been downloaded from iCloud, and then return to Moor to upload.
